Damask Rose
Made with pesticide-free Damask roses grown in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. The pure, delicate fragrance of real rose petals is gently held within the cream — revealing itself from the very first bite, like the quiet breath of a flower.
Chocolat Orange Hassaku
Grand Cru chocolate from Maracaibo — one of the world's most celebrated cacao origins — meets pesticide-free Hassaku citrus peel. The bold depth of the chocolate and the bright clarity of the citrus resonate beautifully, creating a vivid, unforgettable flavor.
Organic Matcha & Kuro-Damaru
Organic matcha from Oita Prefecture, paired with Kuro-Damaru — a premium variety of black soybean. The deep, layered aroma of the matcha and the gentle softness of the bean come together in quiet harmony — a flavor that feels unmistakably Japanese.
Laodi Rum & Organic Raisin
A sophisticated blend of pesticide-free craft rum — LAODI — and organic golden raisins. The aged, full-bodied aroma and the natural sweetness of the raisins weave together, leaving a deep and lingering finish.
Remove from the refrigerator a few moments before eating. As the cream softens gently, each fragrance reveals itself most beautifully. Alternatively, allow the sandwich to rest in the refrigerator for two to three days — the sablé and cream will slowly meld together, transforming into a moist, tender texture.
