Rice Flour Dorayaki — Pure Muscovado & Organic Azuki Paste

Made with a chewy batter using domestically produced rice flour and free-range eggs, filled with our carefully simmered chunky azuki paste. We bring out the rich flavour and natural goodness of organic azuki beans, sweetened with pure muscovado (unrefined cane sugar). A luxurious bite that lets you taste nature’s abundance.

Our fragrant chunky white bean paste is made by slowly blending fresh sake lees with Junmai-shu “Hojun” (pure rice sake). Paired with a chewy batter made from domestically produced rice flour and free-range eggs, this is a gentle, indulgent treat to enjoy.
