Placing an Order

We are happy to accommodate your budget, delivery schedule, and any preferences for noshi (Japanese ceremonial ribbon). Please feel free to reach out.

Lead Time & Shipping

As all items are made by hand to order, please allow approximately one month from enquiry to delivery. Early consultation is warmly welcomed.
For custom branding, bespoke packaging, or personalised engraving, please contact us at least two months in advance.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

If delivering to multiple locations, please share addresses via spreadsheet or Excel. We will calculate shipping costs and prepare a tailored quote.
