About our products
The products in the Online Shop may differ from those in the store, and some products may not be available at certain times. In addition, because we are particular about the ingredients we use and all our products are made by hand, there may be slight differences in the shape and size of the products.
Ingredients and allergy information

- Regarding allergens, the following 28 specific raw materials are listed.

Storage method, expiration date, and how to eat
- At C'est du nanan, in order to lock in the delicate texture and aroma of freshly baked goods, we flash freeze our freshly baked goods at -40°C and deliver them by frozen delivery. They are individually packaged, so you can thaw and enjoy as many as you like, whenever you like.

- The expiration date for frozen products is listed on the food label attached to the outer box of the product. Please check it when the product arrives.
- A leaflet with information on how to store and eat the product is included with the product.
Delivery date
- We will ship the products as soon as they are completed. (It will take about 2-5 days from receipt to shipping.)
- Delivery dates can be specified from 5 days after the order date. If you need it urgently, please contact us via the inquiry form before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If no delivery date is specified, the product will be delivered within the delivery date range stated on the product page.
- Please note that delivery may be delayed in the event of bad weather or traffic conditions.
- During busy delivery periods such as the midyear and year-end gift-giving seasons, Obon, and the New Year holidays, it may not be possible to specify a delivery date and time.
- If you are not available at the specified date and time and cannot be contacted, or if the storage period has expired, the item will be returned to our store. Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or redelivery in such cases.
Regarding delivery method, delivery fee and delivery address

- Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
- Products from the main store will be shipped frozen, while products exclusive to the Tokyo store will be shipped at room temperature.
- Please note that we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed.

Please note that as each item is shipped from a different shipping source, shipping fees for both items will apply.
(For example, if you purchase a product sold at our main store and a product that is only available at our Tokyo store, the shipping fee for the main store plus the shipping fee for the Tokyo store will be applied.)

- Due to the system, it is not possible to specify multiple delivery addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please pay for each delivery address separately.
If you have multiple shipping addresses, we will handle this separately, so please contact us using the inquiry form. - When sending gifts, please use credit card payment or bank transfer.
For [Shop Pay], [Amazon Pay], and [Google Pay], you cannot enter the recipient and recipient information separately.
Payment Method
- You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

About gift wrapping, Noshi and Mizuhiki
- All products, except for the simple home packaging, will be delivered in gift wrapping. If no preference is specified, we will deliver the product in a red and white katawa knot, which can be used for a wide range of occasions, such as celebrations, thank you gifts, and greetings.
It can be used as a casual gift or a formal present. - Please note that the specifications and appearance of the packaging may change without prior notice.

About message cards
- If you send us a message card or letter that you have prepared, we can attach it to your product and deliver it to you.

Returns and Cancellations
- As all products are manufactured after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges after the product has been shipped.
- We take every precaution when manufacturing our products, but if the product you receive is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it.
Please note that as this is a food product, we cannot respond to inquiries made more than one week after the product has arrived.
Other/FAQs
- Regarding the use of allergens
The 28 allergens covered are listed on the product page. However, because we make other sweets in the same facility, please contact us if you need to be careful even if you only have a small amount of allergen.
We do not bring any wheat or wheat gluten into our workshop. - We will try to accommodate requests to change the type of items in the assortment whenever possible, so please contact us before placing your order.
We will get back to you. Delivery may take longer than usual. - If you would like a receipt, please write it in the comments section. We will send you a PDF file of the receipt after the product is shipped.
- For large orders, please contact us and we will handle it individually.
