It's Nanan

In order to balance the deliciousness of our sweets with environmental friendliness, we use packaging made from biomass materials and recycled paper. Toward a sustainable future, we continue to flexibly review our methods and make environmentally friendly choices in cooperation with local communities.

Committed to a sustainable future

We are constantly striving to use sustainable ingredients and manufacturing methods to make our sweets delicious and environmentally friendly at the same time. We are making choices that are kind to the earth for the future.

Packaging that protects taste and the environment

We use materials that reduce the environmental impact while preserving the original flavor and quality of the sweets.

  • Individually wrapped bags :
We use the environmentally friendly paper material OJI SILBIO CLEAR, which combines freshness-preserving properties with environmental friendliness.
  • Carrying bag :
All made of paper. Uncoated and even the handles are made of paper, so they can be recycled as is . They may not have a shiny look, but they are an environmentally friendly choice.
  • Small bag :
Our staff handcrafts each one using recycled paper and Japanese hornbeam string.
  • Grass straws :
The 100% natural grass straws decompose naturally just like roadside vegetation, and are made without the use of pesticides or additives, so you can use them with peace of mind.

A constantly evolving initiative

Our sustainable efforts are not a one-off.
If we find better materials or methods, we will flexibly review our packaging to further reduce our environmental impact.

Our Environmental Commitment :

  • Utilizing biomass materials : An option that does not rely on petroleum-derived materials.
  • Combining deliciousness and quality : Maintains freshness without sacrificing functionality.
  • Continuously evolving : Always looking for the best ways to do things.

Together with the community, towards the future

We value our connections with the local community.
Through seasonal events and workshops, we promote interaction with local residents and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society. In addition, by proactively using materials from Japan and deepening cooperation with local producers, we also contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.

We will continue to make choices that are kind to the earth and bring delicious food and smiles to everyone.
