All of C'est du Nanant's sweets are gluten-free, with no wheat being used in the manufacturing process. We work with producers all over Japan and use the highest quality ingredients. We use only the finest domestic rice flour and carefully selected ingredients, and we bring out the sweetness of the ingredients as much as possible. Please enjoy our exquisite rice flour sweets, which are handmade one by one.

All of C'est du Nanant's sweets are gluten-free.
We make our products in a workshop that specializes in rice flour and does not use any wheat.

- Uses carefully selected materials -

Choose foods that are as gentle on the body as possible.
We make sweets that make the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients.
In addition to being incredibly delicious, we also aim to make sweets that are kind to the earth and animals.
For example, all eggs come from free-range chickens.
Whenever possible, we use agricultural products that are grown without pesticides or organically, and in a way that is environmentally friendly.
We thoroughly examine each and every ingredient before selecting them, and are always striving to create sweets that are more delicious and gentle on the palate.

- Traditional Japanese materials -

We use many of the finest Japanese ingredients that have nurtured Japan's traditional culture, including the highest quality rice flour, yuzu, organic matcha, and azuki beans grown without pesticides, and we strive to provide our customers with modern yet delicate Japanese cuisine.

A pastry chef specializing in rice flour sweets has spent several years carefully selecting the highest quality rice flour to best suit each sweet.
All of our sweets are made using domestically produced rice flour and are produced in a workshop dedicated to rice flour, where no wheat or wheat gluten is used, so that people with wheat allergies can enjoy them safely.

sugar

We use different types of sugar depending on the sweets. We mainly use Okinawan cane sugar, which is rich in minerals such as calcium and iron. The umami components of sugarcane give depth to the sweetness of the sweets.
We also use organic agave sugar and brown sugar handmade on the island of Negros in the Philippines.

egg

All our treats are made using only free-range eggs.
The egg whites used are from Kaguyahime, a free-range chicken from Chikujo Eggs in Fukuoka Prefecture, and Ecocco, a free-range chicken from Natura Farm Co., Ltd. in Saitama Prefecture.
These eggs are delicious and full of kindness.
