Why C'est du nanan sweets are so delicious
We do not use so-called "additives" when making sweets. (We do not consider them to be "bad" in general.) However, what we aim for is sweets that make full use of the deliciousness of the natural ingredients themselves. For this reason, we do not use additives such as synthetic flavors, preservatives, colorings, or quality enhancers, or highly processed ingredients, and instead value the original flavor of the ingredients.
The flavors, aromas and colors of C'est du nanan sweets are all created from carefully selected natural ingredients.
By taking great care in cooking carefully selected ingredients, we are able to bring out the deep flavors of the ingredients and create a rich, layered taste.
For example, the staff harvests fully ripe yuzu peels when they are at their most fragrant, peeling them one by one and immediately processing them into peels in a large pot to preserve the aroma. Agave syrup is used for sweetness, bringing out the refreshing aroma of yuzu.
By slowly simmering black soybeans over low heat while adding brown sugar little by little, you can make plump black bean stew.
The red bean paste is cooked using a method that preserves its unique aroma, and the soybean flour is hand-roasted by farmers and then shipped directly to us.
We believe that "delicious sweets are made from good ingredients," and we carefully select our ingredients. We aim to bring out the deep flavor of the ingredients while keeping our sweets simple, and display the ingredients prominently.
This is because we want to visibly convey our commitment to the ingredients we use, and to make sure that our customers can feel at ease when they pick up our products. We aim to make sweets that are safe and secure, and at the same time, allow you to fully experience the deliciousness of nature.
